Strategic Marketing Project Management Training

Yesterday I completed the Business Management module in the Diploma of Project Management, was a very interesting experience, as representatives of NGOs had a student who manages projects for the government.
Most of this experience is to see how are you people see corporate governance, sometimes come with the idea that NGOs are something other than a company and are realizing that deep, but its goal is not to generate economic utility, should address the operational control of his organization to be sustainable over time and have a growth scenario.
The other interesting aspect of the change in mentality is, the identification of their customers, since many organizations feel they are not selling anything, only doing work for communities or specific groups, but deep into the foundations of corporate governance, they are discovering that both their financial backers, and the beneficiaries are the customers, and that satisfaction of these two groups of customers should be a priority in the strategic approach of its management.

In this particular group had two people who want to develop a Local Economic Development work in a suburb of La Paz, called Achocaya. They aim to generate a positive economic impact in a thousand families, through raising guinea pigs, under a sustainable and environmentally friendly model that will allow entry to demanding markets of the city and the country to sell their meat. Within the description of your project, not taken into account that these activities must comply with the payment of taxes and had set a sale price did not cover that cost. At the end of the module had already changed its selling price, to enter into the country's tax model, assuming the responsibility of paying taxes.
I think this type of modules give me the opportunity to see people the reality of a different, and my job to have the opportunity to dictate, I can give each person attending graduates a seed improvement begin sometime to grow and bear fruit in the future, with the benefit of many people, or at least I hope so.
I think that by assuming the role of teacher, my responsibility, rather than impart some knowledge, is truly changing people's visions, making them more efficient and productive people, based on a personal commitment to individual development, that is why Leadership program I like so much, because that program is really where I have the opportunity of showing the elements that lead people to assume their roles in society with accountability and a clear future vision.
