In my ongoing work with companies that hire me for consulting and institutions with whom I worked in various management training issues, I have always had to relate to a lot of people, who by training, culture and work are an inexhaustible source of information and knowledge.
In this blog I want to collect my experiences in the two areas in which I work, seeking comment on these life experiences that I will be marking in the middle of this beautiful and rewarding work.
I hope to have the discipline and continuity to leave this blog for some teaching someday be interested in this profession and to assess the true potential of human sensibility when one is exposed to contact with thousands of people a year, one with which they have little time for communication and others that the exchange of experiences and feelings are going to levels that are not easy to imagine .
