social fracture and leaders. PEACE LEADERS Leaders in Trinidad
Inside Leadership Training program, I had the opportunity to work this weekend in the city of La Paz, as is my custom, I share the most interesting experiences of each group and in this case, there was an interesting topic for me, on Sunday morning.
The starting point was what happened last Monday, where he talks of the importance of leaders in some regions and their responsibility for what happens within them, in the case presented the murder of four policemen in the town of Cala Creek in northern PotosÃ. In the middle of my dissertation on topic, one of the leaders present made a comment of your current job in a town near La Paz, in the region of Jung, where his tenure as president of the FEJUVE (Federation of Neighborhood) has been reset a broken social was generated by previous leaders, who created a hostile environment among the residents of two communities, leading to complex situations in their relationship, both would be the level of social breakdown, which at one time thought from the town in two with a wall as Berlin.
His point was, as the leaders of the different regions will generate conflict at the community level, creating a tense atmosphere that at times can triggered in situations like that experienced in Caranavi earlier this month and the level of responsibility that leaders have in such events.
directed her reflection on this intervention and take a moment to talk about the important responsibility of community leaders against a country that is socially fracturing some years and now is showing new sides of this social divide, taking based on a judicial model that allows in some cases, such as Cala Cala, make decisions and even kill people, based on community justice, backed by the constitution that recognizes.
Today Bolivia is constantly faced such events, which are digging deeper and more social disruption and for many this only in terms of Kolla and camber, but that the comments of our leader in La Paz and what the country sees on the news of all day, there is a clear reflection of the real situation, that even among community members of the same nation and race are these effects, in the end, the only thing that leads it to a degeneration of the country from their communities.
Leaders must be mindful of their actions and decisions, to promote communication spaces to facilitate the rebuilding of communities, now threatened by the attitude of some that are generating rivalries that can become irreconcilable, especially when they are sealed with the blood of people from the community.
Consider what happened in Rwanda in a few days, violence was unleashed uncontrollable, leading the country into a human catastrophe that left more than 500,000 dead, although no one knows for sure what was the actual figure in just a few days. This could become the stage for the future of Bolivia if they do not learn from history of the country and others who live even between violence, as my Colombia, who has 60 years of war that began with a stage called "Violence in Colombia "where they practiced actions similar to those of Cala Cala or Caranavi, and today continues to be the excuse for some to maintain pain, terror and death as a constant in the life of my country.
Leaders, keep in mind their responsibility for the acts of their communities and take into account that each person killed in these events, leave a legacy to parents, siblings, spouses and children can take similar actions against those who killed your loved one, creating a snowball violent, then it is impossible to stop.
