This past weekend I had the opportunity to work in the city of Sucre (constitutional capital of Bolivia) with the participants of the CAF program, Leadership Training Transformation.
The experience was very interesting because there were some issues in the work that I liked very much, as the case identification commitments and the responsibility of leaders in his role as guide and model of a community. This issue arises from a breach of an undertaking from them to themselves, leading to the non-execution of work should be advanced in a time that I gave in the module.
The basis for this intervention was simple: How committed are your leadership role?
The starting point of this debate is based on the image to show a leader against his followers and their opponents, and that compliance is a basis of classification that has a community against its leader, if there is a fulfillment of commitments (Promises - deals) is that leader may be a good score and a wealth of fans, but if you miss, your score will not be good and the number of followers is reduced, until we have a representation in front of his community, losing his status as leader.
When we speak of leadership commitment, we see that events such as punctuality and the performance of its activities, projects and promises to represent the commitment we have towards the community, what makes someone a leader in reliable and logic, someone who can keep giving you more responsibility.
Some participants questioned me on the subject, as in Bolivia and frequent not meet schedules, but the truth is that in my view, failure to comply with a schedule or an appointment is a sign of disinterest in others' time. I realize that sometimes conditions prevent failure to achieve compliance with the schedules, but it is very reasonable in my opinion, there is always a reason for not complying. Meet
cn
commitments, is the best presentation of anyone, but especially the leaders, their supporters and opponents are aware of their acts and their enforcement.
