The consulting, teaching and even work with leaders, I have had experiences that lead me to believe that the fulfillment of commitments is something that can be set aside.
In the leadership program last year, one of my students told me that a leader had told him late for any meeting or commitment gives significant players and improve your image. I personally am in total disagreement with this view, I think one of the principles of a leader is to be the example for the rest of the people and the fact of being on time for any meeting, is a clear demonstration of commitment and respect for the fans who are hoping that their leader be the first to do things.
Compliance fully each of the points defined in the proposal for general consulting and professional throughout is a of the elements that should be valued, but in Bolivia see as the failure can always be accepted by customers, regardless of who is one of the most important parameters in professional practice, the discipline to meet the commitments entered into, provided we will have a reason not to make it in time and sometimes I find myself in the position to fulfill my commitments, but my clients and even my students do not achieve the same.
Is there something that prevents us from fulfilling?
Will is a cultural problem noncompliance?
How could we change this behavior?
Customers do not always have the opportunity de recibir un cumplimiento acorde a los compromisos adquiridos, pero cuando lo reciben estarán muy agradecidos y satisfechos, seamos el ejemplo, cumpliendo con nuestros compromisos en todos los sentidos; es un comportamiento que traerá más clientes satisfechos.
